For physical products, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. For custom installation services, cancellation requests must be made within 7 days of the initial consultation or before work begins, whichever comes first.
All return requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team. The return period begins on the date you receive the product or the date the service contract is signed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to charge a restocking fee for items returned in less than perfect condition.
If you are returning an item due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damage during shipping), we will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if you choose an uninsured shipping method.

You may cancel your order before it ships or before services begin without penalty. Once an order has shipped or services have commenced, standard return procedures apply.
For custom orders, cancellation must be requested within 48 hours of order confirmation. After this period, a cancellation fee of 25% of the order total may apply to cover design and material costs already incurred.
To cancel an order, contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. We will process the cancellation and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
If your order has already been shipped, you may still cancel, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs as outlined in the Return Conditions section.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider:
